Before the meeting:

1. Identify hospital to be visited and make personal contacts to find out needs and facilties
offered.

2. Establish visit date and request necessary permission. (Families and hospital authorities).

3. Divide responsibilities for finding donations between patrols.

4. Prepare attractive programme of songs and games according to each child's physical abilities.

5. Make hearts and gift baskets.

6. Carry out project.

1. Give parents details of place to be visited.

2. Consult with health workers on realities of place to be visited as well as on possible emotional effects.

3. Nominate a person to take photographs.

1. "Baptism of fire": Give personal account in front of everyone.

2. Mural exhibition of materials collected.
